Bollywood star Deepika Padukone has recently expanded her real estate portfolio with the acquisition of a luxurious apartment in Mumbai's posh Bandra West area. The property, worth ₹17.8 crore, is situated in the prestigious Sagar Resham Co-operative Housing Society. Spanning 1,845 square feet, the apartment offers stunning city views from its 15th-floor location. The purchase was made under Deepika's company, KA Enterprises, and the transaction was completed on September 12, 2024.
Interestingly, the apartment is located next to the residence of her mother-in-law, Anju Bhavnani, mother of Ranveer Singh, Deepika’s husband. This new purchase adds to the couple’s impressive collection of properties, which includes a ₹119 crore sea-facing quadruplex near Shah Rukh Khan's iconic residence, Mannat, and a ₹22 crore Alibaug bungalow purchased in 2021.
As one of Bollywood's power couples, Deepika and Ranveer are now settling into family life after welcoming their first child on September 8, 2024. This new home provides an ideal space for the family to grow, with ample room for their newborn daughter. The couple has chosen to maintain privacy for their baby, with no public photos planned at the moment.
